- Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including mobile phones, computers, tablets, connected vehicles, or IoT-enabled infrastructure.
- User or You means any individual, organization, government entity, or business accessing or using the Service.
- Transportation Network refers to the SNAAP system, including autonomous, semi-autonomous, or digitally coordinated mobility solutions, infrastructure, and routing technologies.
- Content means all data, text, images, software, designs, algorithms, and materials made available through the Service.
- Feedback means any suggestions, ideas, or improvements submitted by You regarding the Service.
- Third-Party Services means services, systems, infrastructure, or platforms not owned or controlled by the Company but integrated into or accessible through the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions govern Your use of the Service and constitute a binding agreement between You and the Company.

The Company does not guarantee:
- Availability of transportation at all times
- Specific travel times or outcomes
- Error-free system performance in all environments
User Responsibilities
By using the Service, You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable transportation, safety, and regulatory laws
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or infrastructure
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the system
- Provide accurate and complete information when required
You acknowledge that misuse of the Service, especially within transportation environments, may result in serious safety risks and legal consequences.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including all technology, designs, systems, algorithms, trademarks, and Content, is the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service
- Use Company trademarks without prior written consent
- Create derivative works based on the Platform
Your Feedback to Us
You assign all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide.
If assignment is not effective, You grant the Company a:
- Perpetual
- Worldwide
- Royalty-free
- Irrevocable license
to use, modify, and commercialize such Feedback.
Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with:
- Government transportation systems
- Infrastructure providers
- Mapping and navigation platforms
- Payment processors
The Company is not responsible for:
- Third-party system failures
- Data inaccuracies from external sources
- Service interruptions caused by third parties
Safety and Transportation Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
- Transportation systems involve inherent risks
- Autonomous or semi-autonomous technologies may evolve over time
- External factors (weather, infrastructure, human interaction) may impact performance
The Company does not guarantee:
- Absolute safety
- Uninterrupted operation
- Error-free routing decisions
You agree to use reasonable judgment and comply with all safety guidelines while using the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access:

- For misuse of the Service or safety concerns
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Transportation delays, disruptions, or system errors
Total liability shall not exceed:
- The amount paid by You for the Service, or
- $100 USD, whichever is greater

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- System reliability or uptime
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all systems
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting the Company
- If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through:
- Mediation or arbitration in Tennessee, or
- Courts located in Tennessee
Regulatory and Compliance Notice
You agree to comply with all applicable:
- Transportation laws
- Safety regulations
- Data privacy laws
- International mobility regulations (if applicable)
Severability and Waiver
If any provision is deemed invalid:
- Remaining provisions remain in full effect
Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
